For restoring physical freedom, getting rid of little aches and pains, for building the physical strength and stamina for life's adventures.
Each year millions of people want to get back in shape.
Whether they have a 24/7 gym membership... a small home gym... or a pair of dumbbells in the basement - it's a real struggle. They don't know where to begin. Or their body feels like it's "falling apart" whenever they do cardio, lift weights or try to be physically active.
If you want to feel better and move better while getting in shape - keep reading...
Consider these gym stats:
18% of people use their gym membership consistently.
80% of gym memberships aren't used.
50% of new members quit using the gym within the first 6-months.
Why do so many quit?
The most common reasons are:
Lack of motivation
Lack of results
Injuries

Getting in shape can be hard enough.
But when you have a bad back... sore knees... or a shoulder that hurts every time you lift - it becomes much harder. Harder to enjoy exercise... harder to stay motivated... and harder to stay consistent.
Plus, pushing through these nagging pains can not only be discouraging but debilitating when they interfere with your lifestyle and set you back for months or even years.
of adults experience frequent knee pain each year.
of adults experienced lower back pain in the last 3 months.
of people experience shoulder pain each year.
of people experience neck pain each year.
Even though most people are suffering from joint or muscle pain, it doesn't stop them when motivation strikes.
One day they get fed up with being out of shape and say...
"Enough is enough!"
They join the gym... lace up for a treadmill run... or hit the weight machines. But their body isn't as limber as it was in their 20's and 30's. Their hips are tight, their shoulders are stiff, or their core muscles are wobbly. So their body resists the workouts and they strain, struggle and sadly many hurt themselves in the process.
In fact, research shows those who move worse are 1.8-5.9x more likely to be injured than those who move better.

When your body is stiff, inflexible or has years of wear and tear - it takes a different fitness strategy: one that restores your physical fitness and your movement health.
Movement health is your mobility, flexibility and balance.
Touching your toes... sitting in a squat position... reaching behind your back... and balancing on one leg are a few indicators. Your body's ability to do these little movements, makes a BIG impact on staying active.
In fact, your movement health unlocks your physical freedom - it determines what physical activities, sports and hobbies your body can and cannot do. And most people ignore it when trying to get in shape.
Think about it:
If your ankle is stiff, it’s harder to walk on the treadmill, climb stairs or hike trails on vacation.
If your hips are tight, it's harder to bend over safely, work on your hands and knees in the garden, or build stronger, more toned leg muscles.
If your shoulders can’t move freely, it will be much harder to lift objects overhead, hit a golf ball or build bigger arms.
Restore your movement health and your physical fitness will follow.
Step 1:
To move freely and move better requires restoring mobility and flexibility across the body.
To build a stronger, healthier midsection that protects your spine.
When your body doesn't stabilize correctly physical activity becomes much more difficult.
Step 2:
To tone up your arms, legs and midsection - while also boosting your metabolism.
To burn more calories and boost your physical stamina.
To burn fat and elevate your metabolism during (and after) your workouts.
Whether it's a past injury that you can't quite get over... sporadic lower back pain... or constant difficulty with flexibility or balance - getting in shape with these challenges requires precision.
It requires restoring your mobility, flexibility and balance so you have the foundation to get into the best shape of your life.

Our fitness programs are not cookie-cutter.
They are built specfically for your body, your background, and your specific fitness goals. We use this information to build your individualized workout program.
Your fitness coach will take you through your first workout program. They'll make sure you're performing the exercises correctly... give you tips for doing them on your own... and answer any questions along the way. Anyone can make you tired in a workout. Our goal: help you feel better and rebuild your strength and stamina at a pace that makes sense for you.
Some of our fitness programs have a coach meeting with you weekly or multiple times per week. Others a few times per month. Either way, each session your fitness coach will guide, encourage and motivate you every step of the way. You’ll leave your sessions feeling physically better and more confident in your body. Inside or outside your workout session, we're in your corner.
We don't guess that you are making progress. We track it. We reassess your movement health. We review drops in the scale... improvements in stamina and physical strength... and any other meaningful victories. Then we meet to review it and keep building on your success. This is not about get-fit-quick, this is about lasting transformation. And pausing to reflect, strategize and celebrate is a huge part of a successful fitness journey.
